Meet Duncan
Trustee and Disability Champion
Duncan joined the Centre for Inclusive Living over five years ago when his friend, Bob Bennett, encouraged him to come along to a meeting. He lives in Perth and is supported by a team of Personal Assistants. Duncan enjoys getting around and being as independent as possible. He uses a communication aid to have conversations and he has some of his stories saved ready to play for people he meets.
Duncan is one of our Trustees and is always keen to raise issues and share tips with our other members. He has a lively sense of humour and finds the funny side of the many difficult situations he has found himself in.
Duncan is keen to share some of his stories with everyone and so we are working on an article for our website together with his team, and will publish on our website soon.
